The Millennium Courtyard at Southwark Cathedral is a historic and memorable setting for elegant summer events. A marquee can be erected in the courtyard and available for exclusive hire during the evenings allowing an adjacent paved outdoor space for use in fine weather.
The Cathedral Refectory opens onto the courtyard and will complement the space available for events. The interior has a Romanesque feel with concrete vaulting above a Purbeck marble floor and arches picked out with close tiling echoing Roman tiling in the west churchyard wall.
The Cathedral lies in the heart of Bankside, south of the River Thames, close to London Bridge.
