Corporate Social Responsibility is an important consideration for The Ultimate Event Company as a well established event management company and as an employer in itself. The Ultimate Event Company takes its own Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously and it also recognises that there is an opportunity for us to set an example to our clients, venues and suppliers.

CSR and Events
The Ultimate Event Company is developing initiatives on all of its events to make a difference on a global scale. This includes:
- Reducing waste, recycling and re-using materials on events
- Reducing and offsetting carbon emissions
- Sharing facilities and knowledge with our industry
- Donations to charities that focus on environmental sustainability
- Using of environmentally friendly event consumables
- Encouraging the use of group and public transport
- Using a network of suppliers who follow a suitable policy on their own CSR
CSR in the Office
Corporate Social Responsibility and environmental issues require a huge collective effort to make a real difference and the small steps in our office make a contribution to this by:
- Reducing waste in the office – e.g. using both sides of a piece of paper
- Recycling as much as possible instead of just throwing it in the bin
- Using recycled products
- Re-using folders and files
- Sharing information electronically within the office wherever possible
- Using electronic marketing information instead of paper brochures and information sheets
- Sharing transport and using public transport
- Switching off computers, printers, scanners etc rather than leaving them on standby
- Switching off unnecessary lights
- Turning down the heating a fraction
